Staying In Touch

Communications between residents and staff is essential and we make every effort to stay in touch with residents on a frequent basis. Monthly Resident Council meetings are organized, connecting residents with key staff members to discuss current issues within the community.

We also invite and encourage family and friends to attend our many activities. We value our family members, and encourage them to communicate with us at any time regarding their loved one, community programs, activities, or special events.

We also publish a monthly newsletter and calendar that is available to both residents and family members.

For out of town or overnight guests visiting their loved ones, Katella Senior Living Community staff will be glad to offer information on our many local hotels. Being so close to the ocean in Southern California, you’ll have many different places to choose from.
